PowerPro was built by someone who understood operations from the inside out, and grew into something more because the right people showed up at the right time.
Teekwa has spent nearly three decades as a Senior Executive Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, one of the most operationally complex institutions in the world. She knows what it looks like when systems work, and what it costs when they don't.
She launched PowerPro in 2017, originally as a VA agency, because she saw the need for a work environment that worked for her life as a single mother. Across every client engagement, she kept seeing the same thing: founders who were overwhelmed not from lack of effort, but from lack of infrastructure. That pattern became the pivot and the framework PowerPro is built on.
In 2024, she founded VAAEN (Virtual Assistant & Administrative Empowerment Network), a nonprofit dedicated to professional development and education for VAs and administrative professionals.
Casey came to operations through the back door. She started in creative industries, photography and design, where most founders built businesses around their craft and figured out the business part later. She got more interested in the infrastructure than the work itself, and began consulting independently by referral, helping creative business owners get systems underneath what they had built.
She joined PowerPro in 2021 and now leads every strategy session and systems build, bringing the diagnostic framework directly to founders who are ready to stop being the bottleneck in their own business.
As a stepmom who needed flexibility, she found it in PowerPro, what Teekwa built it to be.
Every client has a dedicated Account Manager as their primary point of contact, supported by virtual assistants organized by specialty. The faces may shift. The structure does not.
