Work With Us

One process.
Real diagnosis first.

We don't build systems until we understand your patterns. That starts with a 90-minute strategy session: a real working session, not a sales call.

Our approach

Diagnosis leads.
Everything else follows.

Most operational problems get patched instead of fixed because no one takes the time to figure out the actual pattern. We built our process around diagnosis first. Guessing is expensive, and most founders have already paid that price.

01
Take the Quiz
Five questions. Two minutes. You'll see your operational pattern before we ever talk.
02
Strategy Session — $197
90 minutes with Casey. She maps your workflows, identifies the pattern, and delivers a mind map plus a service proposal.

Step 01 — Business Reality Check

Five questions.
Two minutes.

Before we ever talk, the quiz tells you which operational pattern is creating drag in your business. It's free, takes two minutes, and gives Casey a clear starting point before your strategy session. Every engagement starts here.

Step 02 — Strategy Session

Ninety minutes.
A clear picture of what's breaking.

This is a working session, not a discovery call. Casey comes in with a framework, maps your workflows in real time, and identifies exactly which operational pattern is creating drag in your business.

You walk away with a mind map of how your business actually operates and a written proposal scoped to what you actually need.

Pattern Diagnosis

Casey works through your workflows live, identifying where decisions stall, where tasks fall through the cracks, and where the business is routing back to you unnecessarily.

Mind Map Deliverable

You receive a visual map of how your business actually operates: decision points, bottlenecks, handoff gaps. A documented picture of what's working and what's creating drag.

Service Proposal

Based on the diagnosis, you receive a written proposal with a scoped systems build, timeline, and investment. You decide what comes next. No obligation to move forward.

Start with the Business Reality Check quiz. It takes two minutes and gives Casey a clear starting point before your session.

Step 03 — Systems Build

Two months.
Built in your tools, with your team.

After the strategy session, if you're ready to move forward, we scope a systems build specific to your patterns. Not a generic template. Not a playbook handed off and forgotten. We build inside your existing stack, train your team, and stay until it sticks.

01
Scoping & kick-off

We review the mind map from the strategy session and define the exact scope: which systems to build, which tools to consolidate, and what the team needs to own autonomously.

02
Build phase

Casey works inside your business for two months setting up processes, documenting decision rights, organizing your tools, and building accountability structures. Not in theory. Actually building them.

03
Team training & handoff

The project closes with your team trained on how the systems work, who owns what, and what triggers escalation. This is the handoff point. The founder is the last person to hear about a problem, not the first.

Build timeline

Scope is determined by the strategy session diagnosis. Larger organizations with more complex systems sit at the higher end. Pricing is per project. Proposals are itemized so you'll see exactly what you're paying for.

Step 04 — Ongoing Retainer

A dedicated team
running your operations.

After the project closes, most clients move into a retainer for ongoing operational support. Every retainer begins with a mandatory 30-day onboarding phase: a one-time setup and training engagement where we orient your dedicated Account Manager, train the support team on your systems, and establish the accountability structure that governs day-to-day work. You only go through this once. After onboarding, the team runs the operational layer. You stay in the loop without being in the middle of everything.

Support Team
$5,500
per month
  • Ongoing monitoring of operational systems and workflows
  • Reactive support and issue resolution as needs arise
  • SOP and process documentation upkeep
  • Regular operational reporting to the client
  • Bi-weekly check-ins led by your Account Manager
Leadership Team
$9,500
per month
  • Everything in Management Team
  • Proactive execution and operational decision-making
  • Primary operational authority for the department
  • Structured reporting delivered without client involvement required
  • Weekly leadership calls with Account Manager and Director of Operations

Onboarding is priced at 50% of your monthly retainer rate and happens once. During that 30 days, you train us on how your business works. We document everything, orient the team, and build the operating structure from what we learn. After that, the documentation lives with us. If team members change, processes evolve, or the business grows, you don't start from scratch. We do. Founders know how critical onboarding is when bringing on staff. We've built a model where you only have to do it once.

Retainers are earned, not sold. Every client enters through a strategy session first. The proposal from that session determines which tier fits your business. We're not interested in overselling scope. The right fit produces better outcomes for both sides.

Questions

The ones we
actually get asked.

If yours isn't here, take the quiz. The results page goes deeper on what working together looks like for your specific pattern.

Why does every engagement start with the quiz?
The quiz identifies your operational pattern before we ever talk. It gives Casey a starting point so the strategy session is focused on your specific situation rather than starting from scratch. It takes two minutes and it's free.
What actually happens in the strategy session?
It's a 90-minute working session on Zoom with Casey. She maps your workflows, identifies where the business is creating drag, and documents the patterns in real time. You walk away with a mind map of how your business actually operates and a written proposal scoped to what you need.
What if I just want the strategy session and not the full build?
That's a valid outcome. The session stands on its own. You get a documented picture of your operations and a proposal you can act on whenever you're ready. Some clients use the mind map internally and come back months later. Either is fine.
How is this different from hiring a business coach or consultant?
Coaches give you frameworks. Consultants give you plans. We build the systems inside your actual business and stay until they work. The diagnosis is done by us, the build is done by us, and the accountability structure is held by us. We're not handing off a deck.
What does the 30-day onboarding cover?
Onboarding is a mandatory phase that starts every retainer. It's a one-time setup: we orient your Account Manager, train the support team on your systems, and establish the accountability structure that governs the work going forward. You go through this once. After that, the team runs it.
What size business is this for?
We work best with founder-dependent businesses doing $100,000 or more in annual revenue. We function as your internal ops team, so the business needs to be at a point where that investment makes sense. If you're feeling the operational drag, the business is likely there.
